Driving the Return to Work (RTW) process

Tailored rehabilitation programs
Our rehabilitation programs are carefully tailored to meet the needs of the injured employee and their employer. We prepare our programs in consultation with all key parties, clearly detailing the rehabilitation goals and activities, including the projected cost and duration.
Workplace Assessment
Our consultants thoroughly assess the critical work demands of an employee’s pre-injury role and potential modified and alternative duties. We ensure the selected duties are meaningful and within the recommended medical guidelines
Ergonomic Assessment
We are experts in assessing workstation ergonomics for prevention and early intervention purposes. Adaptive office equipment can be recommended to assist with comfort levels and sustainable return to work outcomes.
Redeployment
WISE Employment has been assisting job seekers with disability or injury since 1992, and is ideally placed to help employees find alternative work if required. Our expert team can assist with internal redeployment or redeployment to a new employer.
